Refund Policy

Introduction:

We, at Right Cloud Hosting, are committed to delivering product / services that meets your expectations. In the unlikely event that our product or services does not meet your requirements, we provide a generous 15-day refund policy.

The 15-Day Guarantee :

If you find that the product /Service is not a suitable match within 15 days from the date of purchase, we will promptly process a full refund. To initiate this, please reach out to our Customer Support Team by email provided at the end of this policy and include both your order number and reason for refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after the approval and processing.

One Time Service:

Amount paid for any services procured for one time will not be refunded in any case. However, it may be refunded only in case non-resolution of the problem. Refund in such case may be initiated within 3 days of the payment.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Trial Period: Subscriptions cancelled during the trial period are eligible for a full refund. However if there is any transaction cost of payment gateways, it will be deducted.
  2. First 15 Days: Full refund granted if cancellation occurs within 15 days of initial purchase.
  3. Service Downtime: A pro-rata refund may be considered if service downtime exceeds 72 hours within a given month.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances: Any exceptional cases will be reviewed individually for potential refunds.

Exclusions:

Refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Partial or proportionate refunds after the 15-day period. No refund applications will be accepted after the expiration of trial period.
  • Refund requests arising from misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized modifications by the Client.
  • Refund requests relating to services already consumed, used in full, or where substantial value has been delivered.
  • Any third-party services, licenses, or products procured on behalf of the Client.
  • Issues like slow performance, personal preferences, or expected features are not eligible for refunds.
  • Service unavailability due to factors outside the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, upstream provider issues, or misuse/misconfiguration by the Customer.
  • Where the Customer is in breach of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or payment obligations.

Refund Timeframes:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your request and subsequent verification.
  • The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the Customer’s bank, payment gateway, or other financial intermediaries.

Duplicate Payments:

Accidental duplicate payments on the same account will be refunded upon due verification. You have to provide payment proofs or any other reference to substantiate your claim for duplicate payments through the mail provided below the policy.

Procedures for Requesting a Refund:

  • Email your refund request or contact us at our number provided below this policy.
  • Include your account details and transaction details, along with your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Upon verification, your refund will be processed by the aforementioned criteria.

Trial Period:

No fees will be charged for refund requests made during the trial period of 15 days.

Effective Date of Refund :

All refunds will become effective immediately upon confirmation from our Customer Support Team. No further charges will apply; however, partial subscription periods will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

  • The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny refund requests based on the terms of this Policy.
